(RELEASE) Fitzpatrick Unveils ‘Farmers for Brian Fitzpatrick’ Coalition

DOYLESTOWN, PABrian Fitzpatrick, former FBI special agent and federal prosecutor, Thursday unveiled his ‘Farmers for Brian Fitzpatrick’ coalition – a large and growing group of farmers and farm families from across Bucks and Montgomery counties who support Brian Fitzpatrick for Congress.

“As a farmer here in Bucks County I know how important agriculture is to the success of our community and our Commonwealth. Brian Fitzpatrick shares the interests and concerns of family farmers and is committed to our success – that’s why I, and so many others, are proud to support his run for Congress,”said Thomas M. Trycieki of Buckingham Twp., member of Farmers for Brian Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick also has earned the support of the Pennsylvania Cattlemen’s Association.

“Brian Fitzpatrick understands the importance of Pennsylvania agriculture and food production, and is committed to increasing security and opportunity for Bucks and Montgomery county farm families,” said Jim Cowell, president of the Pennsylvania Cattlemen’s Association. “From Brian Fitzpatrick’s deep Pennsylvania roots to his stellar career as an FBI Supervisory Special Agent and federal prosecutor, it’s clear he is the kind of leader families need in Washington. I’m proud to support Brian Fitzpatrick in his run for Congress and urge others in the agriculture industry to join me.”

Brian Fitzpatrick’s campaign has focused on economic opportunity and security, including supporting local small businesses like family farms. Fitzpatrick is an outspoken supporter of farmland preservation and a repeal of the “Death Tax” which harms the passing of family farms between generations.

“I spent my professional life protecting American families as an FBI special agent and federal prosecutor, now I’m running for Congress to continue that service,” said Fitzpatrick. “I’m grateful to have the support of so many in our area’s agricultural community in this race to bring common sense, independent leadership to Washington.”
