ENDORSEMENT: U.S. Chamber of Commerce Endorses Brian Fitzpatrick

MIDDLETOWN TWP., PABrian Fitzpatrick, former FBI special agent and federal prosecutor, has earned the endorsement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in his run to represent Pennsylvania’s Eighth Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business federation representing more than three million businesses – including hundreds in Bucks and Montgomery counties.

The announcement, made Monday at Brian’s Harley-Davidson in Middletown Twp., is another in a line of high profile endorsements Fitzpatrick has earned over the last month – including: the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), BIPAC, Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association (PPFFA).
 
BACKGROUND ON BRIAN:
 
After being born and raised in Levittown, Brian Fitzpatrick spent nearly a decade and a half serving as a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Supervisory Special Agent where his focus was fighting political corruption and supporting global counter terrorism efforts – including as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served as the National Director for the FBI’s Campaign Finance and Election Crimes Enforcement Program, as well as a national supervisor for the FBI’s Political Corruption Unit. For his work, Fitzpatrick was an inaugural recipient of the FBI Director’s Leadership Award and named “Investigator of the Year” by the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation. Additionally, as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Fitzpatrick, prosecuted violent drug and gun offenders to stem the tide of abuse and violence. Brian Fitzpatrick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and an Eagle Scout.
