LEVITTOWN, PA – Brian Fitzpatrick, former FBI special agent and federal prosecutor, announced his fourth television advertisement of the general election Tuesday. Entitled “Home”, the spot features Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick and sets the record straight about Brian Fitzpatrick’s background and unmatched qualifications.
With the advertisement, Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick released the following statement calling out Harrisburg politician Steve Santarsiero’s offensive, misleading attacks:
“There’s no greater honor than serving our country wherever and whenever one can. During his 14 years with the FBI, Brian went where the Bureau sent him – from Iraq to Ukraine and across our country. And, while his service at times carried him around the globe, there was never any doubt where home was: the community he was born, raised and lived nearly 40 years in.
To suggest that law enforcement officials like Brian, who are deployed abroad to protect our country, are unfit to run for office is an affront to all of us.
The fact is, as an FBI Special Agent, federal prosecutor and CPA, my brother Brian is one of the most qualified people we can ask for to represent us in Washington.
Just as importantly, I’d be remiss if I did not thank you for the opportunity you have given me to serve our community in Congress. It has been a true honor to represent you and I am forever indebted for the privilege you have given me.” – Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick, PA-8
The advertisement is a six-figure TV buy.

Had enough of the partisan bickering? We’ve all seen the ads, but here’s the truth:
Brian Fitzpatrick grew up in this home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. How do I know? He’s my brother.
And I can tell you, he’s not about solving problems as a Republican or a Democrat. He’s about solving problems as an American. That’s why we need my brother in Congress.

I’m Brian Fitzpatrick and I approve this message.
